Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc. is hiring an experienced Slice Line Operator for its Moses Lake Apple Processing Facility. The role operates and maintains multiple apple slice lines, changes blades and equipment settings, identifies defects, troubleshoots and repairs equipment, performs changeovers, verifies raw materials, completes production paperwork, and collaborates with production, quality, and warehouse teams. The position requires food safety and GMP compliance, physical work in cold and damp conditions, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
