Description
The Film Slitting Operator runs and monitors film slitting machines, starts jobs, labels rolls, enters production data into AS400, adjusts machines, inspects film for defects, matches material to product codes, and transports finished products. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of operator experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, slitting experience preferred, basic computer skills, and the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work safely and efficiently. Training is provided on the first shift.
