Description
TekniPlex is hiring a Slitter Operator to safely and efficiently convert master rolls into finished slit rolls according to production orders and customer specifications. The role operates an S64 slitting machine, loads and threads material, installs knives and spacers, monitors quality and scrap, adjusts guides and tension, and maintains productivity, safety, and housekeeping standards. The position works the 10:45pm–7:00am shift and requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, safety awareness, standing for the entire shift, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous manufacturing, forklift, and two years of manufacturing facility experience are preferred, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, HSA, FSA, and retirement benefits.
