Description

The Slitting Machine Operator sets up and operates slitting machines to cut film to specified widths, lengths, and diameters while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role includes installing and aligning blades, adjusting machine controls, threading feedstock, inspecting rolls, measuring dimensions, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The position requires Monday through Thursday availability from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM, mandatory overtime when required, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work.
