Description
The SLS Instructor provides one-on-one individual instruction and training to support people with developmental disabilities, helping them develop independence, community integration, employment skills, communication, mobility, education, money management, self-help, safety, health, nutrition, home maintenance, self-advocacy, and access to public resources. The role requires at least six months of direct field supervision with individuals with developmental disabilities, English communication ability, independent judgment, and a cell phone; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. The position pays $18.25-$20.75 and is located in Fremont, California.
