BlackRock is hiring a Business Development Associate to support internal and external sales initiatives for its East Region business development team. The role serves as a liaison between the business development team and clients, manages client calls, meetings, road shows, CRM tasks, prospecting campaigns, opportunity tracking, reporting, and client relationship documentation. The position is available in Princeton, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a hybrid work model requiring at least four days per week in the office. The salary range is USD 100,000 to USD 135,000, with an annual discretionary bonus and healthcare and other benefits.
