EquipmentShare is hiring a Small Engine Mechanic for its onsite Monaca, Pennsylvania facility. The role performs maintenance and repair on construction equipment, heavy machinery, and aerial lifts; uses diagnostic technology to create and monitor work orders; orders parts; documents service; and may assist with equipment and parts delivery and technician training. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling. Required qualifications include advanced mechanical aptitude, construction-equipment knowledge, schematics and diagram understanding, customer service, teamwork, and communication skills; a high school diploma or trade school certificate is preferred, along with field-service experience.
