Description
The role performs diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on customer- and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment, including established Ag Management Solutions products. Responsibilities include completing required training, maintaining vehicles and tools, following safety procedures, completing work reports, and accounting for time and materials. The position requires at least one year of service-repair experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, computer and diagnostic equipment skills, a high school diploma or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license; basic Service Technician certification, Spanish-speaking ability, and a forklift license are preferred.
