Description
The MRF Equipment Operator works a 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. shift operating balers, loaders, forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment to sort, grade, move, bale, and ship paper and other loose materials. The role includes inventory and load documentation, equipment inspection and maintenance, material quality checks, safety compliance, and coordination with the MRF Manager. Applicants need at least six months of previous work experience and forklift certification; a hoisting license, high school diploma or GED, and one year of experience are preferred. The position pays $18–$23 and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
