Target is hiring a Small Format Team Leader to lead hourly team members in a small-format retail store. The role covers guest service, cashiering, stocking, merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, sales-floor operations, workload planning, team coaching and hiring, safety and compliance, and store-level leadership. It is full-time with a variable schedule, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age, and offers $21.25–$23.25 per hour as starting pay with a full range of $21.25–$36.15 per hour.
