Description
Retro is hiring a small-molecule analytical development scientist to support its clinical-stage autophagy program as it advances from Phase I toward Phase II. The role owns analytical control strategy, develops and validates UPLC, LC-MS, dissolution, stability, impurity, and identity methods, transfers methods to external partners, oversees outsourced analytical and quality activities, supports formulation and discovery programs, and contributes to CTD Module 3 submissions. The position requires a master’s or PhD in a relevant field and at least seven years of relevant industry experience in small-molecule analytical development within a regulated GxP environment.
