Description
Rapport Therapeutics is hiring a Small Molecule Drug Development Program Leader to lead two assigned programs from late discovery through IND filing and Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trials. The role builds and leads cross-functional teams, develops integrated development strategies and study designs, partners with regulatory affairs, translates scientific data into go/no-go decisions, manages timelines and risks, represents programs to senior leadership and investors, and mentors junior program management staff. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with onsite work Monday through Wednesday and a hybrid work environment.
