Description
The Salesperson – Small Projects (Design-Enabled) is a client-facing residential remodeling sales role responsible for generating, managing, and closing projects valued from approximately $10,000 to $250,000. The position serves as the primary contact from initial inquiry through contract execution and handoff to production, while also developing basic layouts, space plans, visual concepts, selections, and scope documentation. It requires practical design proficiency, strong client communication, independent project management, and familiarity with SketchUp, Chief Architect, or 20-20 Design, along with at least three years of residential remodeling sales experience.
