Renesas Kulim is hiring an Automation Engineer to develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot factory automation solutions. The role covers SECS/GEM integration, autonomous mobile robots, robotic arms, material handling, RPA, Zen Systems, server-based applications, and smart automation technologies. The engineer will also perform root-cause analysis, support critical systems, prepare documentation, and collaborate with production, equipment, engineering, and IT teams. A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and knowledge or experience in industrial automation, system integration, and manufacturing automation are required; programming skills and exposure to smart-factory technologies are also requested.
