BD is hiring a Smart Factory Plant Manager to lead the local implementation of the Smart Factory program at its Fraga manufacturing plant. The role coordinates operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, OT, and IT; manages project milestones, dependencies, risks, and change adoption; defines success indicators; and reports productivity, quality, efficiency, sustainability, and loss-reduction benefits. The position requires industrial manufacturing experience, complex project leadership, organizational change management, and familiarity with MES, SCADA, Historian, data analytics, and industrial OT/IT architectures. The primary work location is ESP Huesca - Fraga, with an annual salary range of €29,400 to €47,025.
