Waythrough is seeking a volunteer SMART Group (Co) Facilitator to join their Together Drug and Alcohol Service in Newton Abbot, Devon. The role involves facilitating or co-facilitating SMART Recovery meetings, ensuring a welcoming environment, empowering participants, and adhering to SMART Recovery Meeting Structure. Volunteers will undergo SMART Recovery UK facilitator training and require a commitment of 2-3 hours per week plus 20 hours of self-led training. Ideal candidates will have lived experience of recovery or possess empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
