Description
The Smart Hardware Supplier Development Manager will source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for compact AI devices and consumer electronics in Shenzhen. The role covers finding and qualifying mechanical, electronic, tooling, finishing, packaging, and assembly partners; managing RFQs, cost breakdowns, negotiations, samples, and supplier records; reviewing CAD/STP files, drawings, BOMs, processes, and lead times; and driving quality, cost, delivery, dual-source, and production-risk improvements. The position requires at least three years of supplier development experience in consumer electronics or smart hardware, familiarity with the Pearl River Delta supply chain, and the ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
