The role manages high-volume customer-facing installation and smart-home sales activities, including consultative customer walkthroughs, equipment installation, customer education, sales appointments, and team performance. The manager also recruits, trains, coaches, and retains Tech Engineers while developing a cost-efficient business plan and meeting growth targets. The position requires 3–5 years of people leadership experience, customer-facing team management experience, and an associate degree or equivalent related experience; it offers a $47,000 base salary, performance-based earning potential of $125,000, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
