Description
Smartly is hiring for its Launchpad 2027 software-engineering program, a six-month full-time training and engineering contribution program for recent graduates. Participants will work in real engineering teams on product development using technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, React, Kotlin, Postgres, Citus, Kafka, and Kubernetes, with at least three days per week in the Helsinki office. The program starts in January 2027, offers a competitive €3,000 monthly base salary plus benefits, and provides an opportunity for a permanent role afterward.
