Bold is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive profitability and efficiency in its SMB-Enterprise segment. The role analyzes portfolio behavior, pricing and rate policies, contract and asset status, sales-cycle operations, and customer onboarding; it also coordinates large corporate account activations and follows up on customer satisfaction. The position requires a background in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field, 2 to 3 years of similar experience, advanced Excel knowledge, and commercial-support experience, with SQL desirable.
