Description
The Program Associate, SMB Innovation & Fundraising will support the planning, execution, funding, and growth of Plug and Play Foundation’s ELEVATE program for small and medium-sized businesses. The role manages program cohorts, workshops, startups, pilots, participant relationships, events, and operations while researching and securing grants, sponsorships, and partnerships. It also supports grant applications, funder reporting, impact measurement, stakeholder relationships, and program sustainability. The position is full time, mid-level, and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, partnership development, or nonprofit work.
