The SMD machine operator will operate and monitor SMD production lines, set up and configure machines, prepare orders, inspect components and assemblies, perform quality checks, and intervene early when deviations occur. The role is based in Salzkotten, Lippstadt, Geseke, or Paderborn, requires shift work and willingness to work changing shifts, and offers an hourly wage of €18.00 to €20.00 depending on experience.
