Baudisch is hiring an SMD Operator / Electronics Technician for its SMD production department in Wäschenbeuren. The role involves setting up, operating, and programming SMD production systems; creating and optimizing pick-and-place programs and component data; monitoring production quality; troubleshooting and documenting malfunctions; and performing machine maintenance and repairs. Candidates should have technical interest in electronics and manufacturing, a careful and reliable working style, and good German; technical qualifications, electronics or SMD experience, and knowledge of machine controls and production software are preferred.
