Mindtickle is hiring an experienced SME IT Engineer to join its infrastructure team in Pune. The role serves as the subject matter expert and technical escalation point for global endpoint and identity environments, architecting and administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, managing Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, automating Okta and Entra ID provisioning, enforcing security controls, and creating runbooks and automation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 4 to 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and system engineering experience, and expertise in macOS and Windows administration, scripting, and identity access management.
