Description
The client is recruiting an Operations Director to initially lead a 15-employee company specializing in electrical engineering and low-voltage systems, with a planned expansion to oversee a second entity by 2030. The role owns operational, commercial, and financial management; develops industrial-market growth; manages financial performance; leads and structures teams; oversees projects; and contributes to the group's growth strategy. Candidates need an engineering degree in electrical engineering, industrial computing, or an equivalent field, at least 10 years of management and business operations experience in technical electrical environments, commercial ability, knowledge of SME and autonomous organizations, and the ability to combine technical expertise with strategic and entrepreneurial capabilities.
