Description
The role manages Trend Micro agents and the Trend Micro platform across on-premises and cloud-hosted server environments, including agent lifecycle management, KPI and compliance reporting, incident resolution, remediation, automation, and 24x7 server operations and security compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering or equivalent practical experience, at least six years of experience in Windows/Linux server administration, endpoint security, or infrastructure operations, and hands-on experience with Trend Micro EDR/AV products and enterprise security operations.
