Description
The employer is hiring an Entry-Level SMT Assembler to assemble, inspect, and operate equipment for printed circuit board assemblies in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role involves stencil printing, pick-and-place machine operation, reflow oven use, PCBA cleaning, microscope work, and reading assembly documents and engineering drawings. A high school diploma, computer and written skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, electronic-component handling, communication skills, and IPC-A-610 familiarity are required; basic soldering experience is a plus. On-the-job training is provided, and the position is onsite with a salary of $45,000 to $50,000 annually and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
