Description
The SMT Production Engineer is responsible for improving SMT production-line equipment, tooling, processes, and efficiency; performing maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting; resolving production anomalies; monitoring output, quality, and safety; and implementing SMT operating systems. The role requires a university degree or equivalent in an automated or electronic-related field, fluent English, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and at least five years of SMT equipment experience, along with circuit-board programming, RoHS and no-clean process knowledge, IPC and ISO standards knowledge, ERP proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot SMT equipment.
