Description
Rocket EMS is hiring an SMT Lead to provide hands-on leadership for its SMT production team in a contract manufacturing environment. The role coordinates daily production assignments, oversees setup, operation, troubleshooting, and changeovers of screen printers, SPI, pick-and-place, and reflow equipment; trains operators; reviews build documentation; monitors quality and line performance; and leads 5S and continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of hands-on SMT production experience, and offers $24–$28 USD.
