SMT Machine Operator I / SMT Machine Operator II at Cascade Systems Technology, LLC

Cascade Systems Technology, LLC is hiring two full-time SMT Machine Operator roles: an entry-level Operator I and an experienced Operator II. Both roles operate and troubleshoot SMT equipment, perform production and quality checks, maintain records, follow safety and IPC procedures, and support Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9000 processes. The Operator II additionally programs pick-and-place machines, performs thermal profiling and X-ray inspections, and trains Level 1 operators. Compensation is $19–$28 per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and holidays listed as benefits.
