elektron systeme und Komponenten GmbH is hiring an SMT Production Operator at its Weißenohe electronics manufacturing location. The role involves independently operating and monitoring SMT production lines, setting up and operating stencil printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens; selecting production programs; monitoring processes; resolving machine malfunctions; changing feeders and component packaging; assisting with product changeovers; inspecting quality; and complying with quality, safety, and ESD requirements. Candidates need several years of SMT/SMD manufacturing experience, knowledge of solder paste printing, SMD placement, and reflow soldering, and familiarity with SMT equipment and production software. The position requires shift work.
