Description
The role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving SMT manufacturing processes, including solder paste and reflow processes, while ensuring equipment availability across all shifts and meeting value-stream KPIs. Responsibilities include new-product introduction, process and equipment definition, validation, installation, APQP planning, PFMEA and control-plan participation, tooling and profile-board design, TPM activities, and training. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
