Description
Rocket EMS is hiring an SMT Operator to set up, operate, and monitor surface mount technology equipment, load and unload PCBAs, verify component placement and solder quality, inspect for defects, follow production instructions, and support basic machine maintenance and continuous improvement. The role is part of a high-reliability electronics manufacturing team supporting aerospace, defense, and advanced technology programs, with previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience preferred and a pay range of $25–$32 USD.
