Description
Intervala is hiring SMT Machine Operators for its expanding second-shift team. The role involves loading and assisting with setup and staging of products on SMT lines, performing feeder setup and teardown, assisting with pick-and-place machine operation, building electronic assemblies, and manually placing surface-mount and through-hole components. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience, blueprint and load-plan reading ability, component identification skills, mechanical aptitude, IPC-610 knowledge, and attention to detail. The schedule is 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday, with overtime, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
