Description
The PCB Manufacturing Operator operates and sets up a PCB manufacturing machine, performs feeder loading and component changes, cleans and maintains equipment, replenishes supplies, and supports quality and environmental objectives. The role requires knowledge of moisture-sensitive devices, ESD, solder paste, PCB handling, component identification, safety procedures, and non-conforming materials, along with English communication and practical problem-solving skills. The third shift runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
