Emerald Technologies is hiring an SMT Operator Level 1 for its Saline, Michigan team. The role sets up and operates pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens; loads components and feeders, verifies parts and machine settings, performs manual placement and visual inspections, conducts basic maintenance, records production data, and follows safety and quality procedures. The position is needed on the second shift and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of SMT operator experience, electronic component identification, knowledge of printing and soldering processes, blueprint and work-instruction reading, and attention to detail.
