This second-shift role leads the surface mount technology production line by operating and programming SMT equipment, troubleshooting complex machine and process issues, optimizing production, performing preventive maintenance, conducting quality control, managing materials, documenting production activities, and mentoring junior operators. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of SMT operator experience, along with strong technical, visual inspection, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
