Description
The SMT Production Operator programs and operates Mycronic pick-and-place machines, Mycronic Jet Printers, and reflow ovens; sets up production equipment, inspects solder paste, component alignment, and assembled PCBs, performs manual placement and electrical testing, and troubleshoots equipment. The role also includes stenciling, screening, and preventive maintenance to meet quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety standards.
