Description
The SMT Process Engineer will develop, validate, and release machine programs for solder-paste printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow, and AOI; optimize stencil, printing, placement, thermal, and inspection parameters; reduce cycle time and changeover time; standardize SMT processes; monitor quality and machine performance; lead NPI and defect-reduction activities; and train operators. The role requires a diploma with 8 years of SMT manufacturing experience or a BE/B.Tech with 6 years of SMT manufacturing experience, along with strong exposure to SMT operations and process engineering.
