Neros is hiring an SMT Process Engineer to define and control high-volume PCB assembly processes, support SMT line operations, reduce scrap, implement corrective and preventive actions, program automated assembly equipment, develop quality plans and SOPs, train staff, and provide DFM feedback to design engineering. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of SMT PCBA assembly experience, knowledge of SPC and DFM, and familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. The listed US salary range is $161,500–$226,000 USD, with equity grants also considered.
