Description
Rocket EMS is hiring an SMT Operator to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain screen printers, SPI systems, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens in a contract-manufacturing electronics assembly environment. The role involves reviewing build documentation, verifying component loads and placements, performing first-article and AOI checks, correcting defects, recording production data, and supporting production and continuous-improvement activities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while 1–2 years of SMT production experience and IPC-A-610 certification are preferred. The position offers an 8-hour Monday–Friday shift with overtime and weekends as needed, pays $20–$23 USD, and includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
