Description
Rocket EMS is hiring an SMT Setup Operator to prepare materials, feeders, reels, and equipment for surface mount technology production. The role verifies component and feeder information against bills of materials and setup documentation, loads and changes over pick-and-place equipment, maintains material traceability, supports line changeovers, and follows ESD, MSD, quality, safety, and 5S requirements. Previous SMT setup or electronics manufacturing experience is preferred, and the position pays $20–$25 USD.
