Description
The Senior SMT Process Engineer (SME) supports Creation Technologies’ customer-focused product-launch and sustaining-production activities, owning new-product assembly processes from prototype through sustaining production. The role develops manufacturing processes, assembly documentation, DFx solutions, test and equipment capabilities, engineering changes, configuration management, root-cause analysis, and customer-facing technical presentations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent electronics-related experience, at least 10 years of electronics manufacturing experience, detailed electronic component and PCB knowledge, and familiarity with DFM, PFMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, IPC, and related quality standards.
