Micron Technology is seeking a senior semiconductor process engineer to lead the improvement of diffusion, PECVD/PVD thin-film deposition, and wet-etch processes for advanced DRAM technology nodes. The role coordinates process characterization and refinement, defines technical roadmaps, evaluates advanced process technologies, drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, collaborates with cross-functional teams and equipment vendors, and mentors engineering talent. Candidates need a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field and at least 10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor process engineering, including technical leadership and experience with leading equipment platforms.
