Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Staff or Distinguished Technical Staff process integration leader for Micron Memory Taiwan. The role reports to site senior management or the VP and focuses on leading cross-functional technical teams, defining yield roadmaps for new technology nodes, improving DRAM process integration, supporting yield ramp-up, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant experience in advanced memory or logic nodes, expertise in semiconductor integration and process engineering, and strong project leadership and communication skills; an advanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.
