SMTS/DMTS – NAND Process Pathfinding – Wet Etch at Micron

Micron is hiring an SMTS/DMTS – Wet Etch technical leader to guide wet-process and chemistry exploration for future NAND technologies, develop advanced wet etch, clean, and surface-modification solutions, define long-range technology direction, collaborate with suppliers and research partners, apply AI-enabled engineering tools, and mentor engineers. The role requires a PhD with at least 10 years of experience or a master’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process development, pathfinding, or advanced R&D, along with expertise in wet processes, surface science, materials interactions, process integration, and AI/ML, data science, and modeling.
