Description
GlobalFoundries Fab 8 is seeking an experienced semiconductor process-integration professional to support the 300mm technology development integration team. The role owns process integration from development through customer engagement and production, leads complex strategic projects, mentors staff, and participates in cross-functional teams. Candidates need a technical university degree and substantial experience, with education and experience combinations including BS plus 8–10 years, MS plus 7 or more years, or PhD plus 5 or more years. The expected salary range is $118,000 to $210,000.
