Description
LSF is hiring a SNAP Case Manager to provide day-to-day case management and system navigation for SNAP participants, including intake assessments, referrals, compliance calls, curriculum delivery, community outreach, data reporting, and support for youth and families. The role serves under-12, youth justice, and dually served populations and may involve evening groups, home visits, and occasional travel. A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and 1–3 years of experience with structured groups and parent education groups are required; community or agency liaison experience is desired. The position reports to a SNAP Site Coordinator and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
