Project Bread is hiring a full-time SNAP Enrollment Senior Associate to increase SNAP participation in East Boston by conducting bilingual eligibility screenings, assisting clients with DTA applications and documentation, following up on cases, supporting recertification, and coordinating with community partners. The role also includes leading SNAP presentations and workshops, maintaining client data in Salesforce and DTA systems, and participating in communications and the annual Walk for Hunger. Candidates need at least two years of relevant case management, social service, or benefit-navigation experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and reliable travel across East Boston; the position is hybrid with onsite work at community locations three to four days per week.
