Description
LSF is hiring a SNAP Facilitator to administer the SNAP curriculum during 13-week group cycles, complete required training and mock role-plays, support intake and assessment, coordinate food arrangements, and participate in team meetings and consultations. The role works under a SNAP Coordinator, requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of human services experience, and offers evening hours that may vary. Post-secondary education in social work or a related field and experience with male structured groups, parent education, at-risk children and families, and community or agency liaison work are preferred.
